Project Overview
YZDITEC delivered integrated stage automation for Xu Liang's 2026 Hangzhou concert, deploying a Motorized LED Screen Track System, three Lift Stages, and cross-articulated Motorized Lighting Rigs—all controlled via the Black Warrior Motion Control Console with full 3D simulation and real-time monitoring.
1.Dual-Layer LED Tracking System: Parallel Motion Control
The centerpiece: eight LED panels distributed across two independent layers, traveling along 20-meter modular tracks driven by eight servo motors. Upper and lower screens moved simultaneously during live performance, executing coordinated or counter-directional cues without manual intervention.

Critical feature: built-in collision prevention logic. The console continuously calculates inter-panel spacing and travel limits across both layers. If trajectories intersect, the system triggers pre-emptive deceleration or halts affected axes—preventing physical contact without operator input. This interlocking safeguard operates at EtherCAT's sub-millisecond cycle time, faster than visual confirmation.
For live concert production with dynamic scenic elements in close proximity, automated collision avoidance isn't a luxury—it's operational necessity.

2. Lift Stages: Spatial Visualization Beyond Height Readouts
Three elevator stages operated under real-time 3D visualization, displaying not just numeric height values but actual spatial positioning within the venue model. Operators viewed stage platforms, enabling safer clearance verification during multi-axis cues.
The Black Warrior System renders geometry with real-time monitoring. What you see in simulation is what executes onstage—no mental translation required.

3. Cross-Vendor Integration via EtherCAT Device Profiles
This show control system supports cross-vendor integration. No hardware changes required in this project.
Simply load each manufacturer's EtherCAT device description files of drive, adjust parameters, and devices communicate seamlessly.
Vendor-agnostic flexibility. Cost-optimized deployment.
