Synchronized Winch Groups for Indonesia Club Venue Lighting

Achieving precise group motion across multiple heavy-load rings while ensuring safe alignment during long-stroke (9.1 m) travel in a confined ceiling space.

Multiple lift groups operate under a single control console, enabling flat-rise/flat-descend and coordinated multi-point tilting. We engineered dedicated winch groups for each ring and integrated them into one intelligent show control console. 

• Ring A — 9 synchronized stage winch systems, 9.1 m travel, 6,000 kg load

• Ring B — 6 synchronized stage winch systems, 9.1 m travel, 4,000 kg load

• Ring C — 3-point lift with dynamic tilt, 9.1 m travel, 1,000 kg load

All sequences were pre-visualized and validated through our 3D simulation platform before on-site commissioning.
