A modular family of motorized LED-wall solutions for touring, concerts, theatre and fixed installs.

 

Drive & feedback — Absolute-feedback servo motors with application-matched reducers (worm or hypoid) for high holding torque, low backlash and stable closed-loop positioning.

Structure & guidance — Precision guide rails (linear, curved or I-beam) on rugged steel frames or aluminium truss; selection based on stiffness/weight trade-offs.

Performance — Repeatable, quiet motion for live events; nominal translational speeds and payloads engineered per configuration.

Customization & safety — Track geometry and load capacity tailored to site/rigging; final ratings, acceleration limits and safety margins validated by project-specific engineering.

 

Control integration — Plug-and-play with the Black Warrior Control System and standard production consoles for deterministic, time-coded cueing and synchronized show automation.
