The BW-DC Servo Drive System is YZDITEC's purpose-built servo solution for professional stage automation — combining the BW-DC Drive Controller with a matched servo motor into a single, deployment-ready kit.
The BW-DC Drive Controller is the intelligent motion unit of the Black Warrior System: it manages real-time closed-loop servo control, dual-redundant brake circuits, quadruple limit protection, and EtherCAT synchronisation across every connected axis. Paired with a high-performance servo motor featuring a 23-bit absolute encoder, the system delivers sub-millimetre positioning accuracy across hoists, track trolleys, lift stages, and any custom-fabricated stage rig — new builds and retrofits alike.
Available in five drive ratings: 1.3 kW / 1.8 kW / 2.9 kW / 4.4 kW / 5.5 kW / 7.5 kW

Integration
The BW-DC Servo Drive System is a native unit in the Black Warrior System. It connects directly to the BW-MC Servo Master Controller via EtherCAT ring topology and is fully addressable within Pando 3D simulation software for pre-visualisation and cue programming. No third-party protocol bridges. No additional configuration layers.
